Ileana was born and raised in Puerto Rico and relocated to Florida in 2009. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Management and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources. Ileana brings more than 14 years of experience to her role as a Customer Service Representative, where she is known for her dedication to delivering exceptional client support.
Outside of her professional life, she is a proud mother and grandmother. She is happily engaged and is passionate about creating meaningful memories with her family and loved ones.
